Deposify is an Escrow-as-a-Service financial technology company founded in Ireland in 2014 by Jon Bayle.

Deposify has offices in Dublin, Boston and New York.

Deposify raised $1.4m in 2016 and is venture backed by Delta Partners, an Irish venture capital firm established in 1994 with over €250m under management. Other investors include Enterprise Ireland, Escher Group plc and private investors in Dublin and New York.

Deposify has partnered with Ireland’s largest bank in Bank of Ireland and its first US banking partner in People’s United Bank.
